This was donated to ABBA so I don't know the history, but it is a gorgeous vintage piece.
Miriam Haskell was an American designer of affordable jewelry from the 1920's to 1960s. Her jewelry was worn by celebrities such as Joan Crawford, Lucille Ball, Gloria Vanderbilt, and the Duchess of Windsor. Her vintage items are eagerly collected.
This necklace is stunning
- Milky white glossy glass beads
- Alternating small and tiny beads to make each bead stand out and for a nice drape
- Flower basket gold clasp
- Signed - meaning it's stamped with Miriam Haskell hallmark / makers mark, representing it's authenticity
Length about 30" end-to-end.
If you have a very slender neck, might be able to wrap as a double-stranded choker.
