This is from Lilith's Eye, a Chinese Lolita company. They ran this cute balletcore style lolita dress. This is the shorter, Purple version with cream organza and pink ribbons. Makes you look like a cute dolly! Comes with a mayching headband.
The dress is quite short, so a traditional cupcake petticoat might be too long to wear it with. I wore frilly pumpkin shorts and it worked well!
