As far as value goes, please search 2021 Topps Employee when looking up comps to see what the others have sold for. The lowest I've sold any of these for is

that was for common players.
Extremely Rare! I've scoured the internet looking for these and they just don't exist. I got these from a friend who works for Topps as a higher up and was told they didn't make many sets at all. Also, the last time they did these was in 2001 and with Fanatics taking over, this will likely be the last time Topps does it again. If you're looking to complete your rainbow or are just a Arauz or Boston Red Sox collector, this is a great addition to your collection.
