Elegant blue midi dress with tan accents. Features a ruffled hem and spaghetti straps. Perfect for casual outings. Has no stains on it tried on but unfortunately my breast cup size is too big so I’d say they would fit a c cup in bust. I would say have it dry cleaned or put it in the washer machine and hang to dry. Unfortunately does not have a tag on the inside but didn’t have it dry cleaned so it should be okay.
In new condition did not come with a tag when I bought it online.
The bust area is about 16 and a half inches wide. Length is about 30 ft tall.
