Handmade and originally sold in a boutique. Incorrectly tagged as a size 2 toddler and hand written over tag to correct size of 4 toddler. This is a loose fitting Pinafore style Pleated dress. Meaning its sleeveless and mean to wear over a top. Also known as an apron dress.. all over pattern on front and back. Vintage single stitch design.
