This a Coverking Stormshield cover, custom designed to fit a 2001-2004 Xtracab Tacoma. This is a premium outdoor that I used to protect my truck before I had a garage. It has been in storage for a couple of years.
I no longer have a truck to model the cover, but I've done the best I can to help you see it's condition in the photos.
It's in great shape. Small holes occur in two places and a mouse ate a hole in one of the mirror pockets (see pictures). Otherwise the exterior and softer interior lining appear to be in great shape.
