GUC for age, they are white but I’m not seeing any stains, but due to age I’m not saying I may miss something because of the pattern - nothing blaring stands out to me though. There is some wear underneath straps by buttons, but does not impact wear. This could easily be patched from behind to reinforce.

Inseam is one inch. From waist to shorts hem is just over 8.5 inches. Waist flat is 10 inches but is stretchy with elastic. From shoulder to bottom hem with straps let out is 18 inches.
They fit more 2/3 imo than a true 4.
